Why I Work In Television

On days like this, when a lot of calling around leaves me with nothing but a pile of fax transmission records and no prospect of employment, I wonder why I stay in this business.

Then, I read a story like this, and I remember: Everyone in this business is insane. And that can be really, really, really entertaining.
