A note to my relatives...

I know this is the first page that comes up when I Google myself, so I know eventually a few of you will stumble upon it.

For god's sake, don't tell me that you have, even if it's to tell me you like it.

I try to be very honest about what's going on in my life on this weblog, and I don't think I would be if I knew that aunts, uncles, etc. were reading this.

And yes, I do realize the inherent contradiction in posting something for all the world to see and then pretending that none of my relatives read it.

I'm not stupid, I'm just a little crazy.

But, I feel like the enjoyment factor here for most of readers would be cut down were I to write this as if I knew my parents were reading it.

Because I sure as hell wouldn't have posted a lot of shit I have posted if I knew for a fact that my parents were reading it.

Bottom line: Please, allow me to continue my blissful ignorance.
