  1. They're really goddamn fast. I ordered CD's and they arrived in Chicago from Portland, Oregon literally two days later. For those who don't know their US Geography, that's about 2,000 miles apart.
  2. They are strongly supportive of the Indie music and DIY community, and sell many fine albums you cannot find elsewhere. Like mine.
